Ok, new Who has been on 4 weeks now, next ep tomorrow!
Already sooooo many questions!
Firstly tho, I'm loving it!! I love the stories so far & the confusifying timey whimy stuff.........the bit about River being on an opposite timeline to the Dr travelling in opposite directions blew my mind.....& still does  loved last weeks's 'Tardis' ep with the archived rooms. However I have to record each ep as I need to rewind & rewatch stuff to keep up & I'm probably still miles behind lol

Ok questions that are bothering me:
What's the gig with the woman with the eyepatch?
Why is Amy pregnant/not pregnant?
What's with the little girl who was kinapped by the 'spaceman' doing a regeneration?
Who/what was the 'spaceman' that killed the 200 year older Dr?

There's probably more & will defo be more after tomorrow :lol

Weirder and weirder!! I love it!! Loved last week's with the Tardis. Bit freaky tonight though! The 'flesh' people reminded me a bit of how the people in 'Waters of Mars' looked when they had been 'contaminated'.

Can't wait for the rest of the series - want to know about River (the only river in the forest (library?) is a river) the silence, the regenerating girl (amy's child?), who dies (thinking it may be Rory given his attachment to the 'ganger' tonight) etc etc ...

Lol

Oooh enjoyed last nights ep more than last weeks!
but OMG when did Amy get 'swapped'? & is she on one of those 'hospital' ships that we saw in the pirate ep? Actually she must have been swapped before then as that was the first time I remember seeing the lady with the eye patch looking at her.
Can't believe it's the final ep of this run next week...............it's bound to end on a cliffhanger then we have to wait til Autumn :wall:

Final episode next week??? Good grief - so many questions still to be answered. I didn't guess the bit about Amy at all!! Did she get swapped in the first episode with the silence do you think, as they did take her away somewhere?

Hmmm - this poster has some interesting theories. Have also seen a lot of speculation that River is Amy's child - apparently she names her 'Melody' (Melody = Song??)

In S5 Ep The Lodger, the Tardis would not materialise properly and Doctor was left alone and discovered in the non existant Loft a ‘Tardi’ similar to the one we see in S6 Day of The Moon

In Series 6 The Doctors Wife, Idris said something about River being the only water in the forest. That implies that in the S5 episode in the forest where Amy was all alone she was already Flesh at that point. That episode was titled ‘Flesh & Stone’

In S5 ep Victory of the Daleks, The Doctor several times queried why Amy did not remember the Daleks, is that because she was already Flesh Amy?

In S6 Ep Impossible Astronaut If the Doctor that was killed was the real doctor then there should be another, later period, version of the Tardis sat parked somewhere. The Doctor that is shot could be a ‘Flesh’ doctor and is shot be the Real Doctor (hidden inside the space suit) because the Flesh copies are too good and actually have regenerative abilities, and so cannot co-exist with a real Timelord. Therefore no spare Tardis.

In S5 The 11th Hour the Doctor does question who Amy actually is and Why he was bought there. (IIRC) – does the who series 5 & 6 Arch actually revolve around who Amy actually is more than who River is, which is what we have fixated on?

I haven’t picked up any clues or pointers as to who the little regenerating Girl actually is. Has anyone got anything that they can add in this area? What have I missed?

That is my 4pence worth. I am sure that there is a lot more, but I really do enjoy an overarching storyline. It is clever writing, it makes me think far more about what is going on, and then little clues appear retrospectively like ‘fleash & stone’. I love it.

I know James Corden also did some filming for this series playing his character from the lodger again, but he hasn't appeared yet, so not sure how that is going to fit in. I guess we will find out tomorrow!!

LOL

Well, I never saw that coming :suprise: ...........unlike the poster you found Claire
I loved it although I found the beginning of the episode hard to follow at first and is this the first time that the Dr has actually 'created' an army knowing that it will cause the death of other beings? :-s

I think the little girl from the spacesuit is Melody/River. As we saw from the DNA profile of Melody she has human DNA 'Plus' from exposure to the Time Vortex since conception. The Dr was questioning whether this meant she would have regenerative powers?

How odd for Amy & Rory to know that River is their daughter, and obviously older than them!! Plus River must know what happened to herself
Ahhh more confusifying stuff.................roll on the autumn
