OMG! I LOVE JOSS WHEDON! His new internet-only supervillain musical -- yeah, you heard that right -- just went live today and it's effing wonderful! Act 1 is here:

Act 1

Acts 2 and 3 premiere later in the week.

Neil Patrick Harris (NPH!) is adorable! Nathan Fillion as the villainous hero is hilarious!

Superheroes and singing. What more could a fangurl ask for? Okay, okay, it doesn't have the GO in it, but I can dream, can't I? He'd be so funny as Captain Hammer, but I'd want him to be adorable Dr. Horrible.

Gotta go watch it another 50 times.

So annoyed that I found this one day too late! Found somewhere that said you can stll download it for a subscrption? Does anyone know anything about that? Tried clicking the itunes link but it says it doesn't work in the UK?

It's available from iTunes until the end of the month -- the 3-act subscription costs USD3.99 -- but I don't know if it'll be made available outside of the U.S iTunes store. Will check with my Whedonesque peeps and see what they say.

It will be made available as a dvd to buy at some point, but no word on that yet.

It comes up with the message box saying it's only available in the US, but if you click cancel on that and then just click on Full Episode (1) it does actually play!!!

Worked for me anyway. :grin:
