I've booked my train & tube tix today as the Advance tix are out :hooray:

I'm thinking that we all meet at the Travelodge about 4pm? Does that suit everyone?

Plus would you all like me to arrange a table/s for us at Garfunkels round the corner from the theatre? They have a varied menu and am sure they would be ok if you only wanted an appetizer. I'm one of those that can't eat a great deal before a show 'cos I get too excited lol
If so I was thinking about 5pm?

Oooh - better go look at my train tix too. I'm assuming the Waterloo TL is pretty close to Waterloo station, is it? Only I can get a train into Waterloo which is cheaper than the ones to Paddington, although takes slightly longer!! Guess we'll still need tube tix though to get to Victoria!

LOL

Yep, walking distance Claire
& yes tube required for Victoria. We go to Green Park on the Jubilee line then change to the Victoria line for 1 stop

Just ordered myself a friends and family railcard - you have to travel with at least one child, and it costs "26 for a year, but looking at the prices of trains for London (including tube fare) I can save about £21 with it, therefore nearly paying for it in one trip!! Didn't know such a thing existed until my SIL told me about it. Bargain!

It'll only work for trips when I take Sophie with me, but as that is most of the time I go by train anyway, it should work out quite a good deal!

LOL

Unfortunately Rach can no longer make the Group Trip :-(

Therefore there is now a ticket available for £29.50. Please pm me if you would like to join us on August 20th :blowkiss:

I've also put a Thread in Spare Tickets!

Rachel Tucker seems to have changed her holiday dates, so we will see her as Elphaba after all.

I just saw that too Sal - I'm really pleased about that as I was looking forward to seeing her. Mind you, it sounds like Nikki is pretty good too so I would be happy either way!

Lol

Ange, thanks so much for organising the group trip. Not only did we see a superb show from fab seats, but we had a LoveLee post-show catch-up afterwards. It was good to have DotOrgers together again - quite an age range 13 to 66 I believe.

Thanks to all for your company.

It was my absolute pleasure :cheer:

I'm thinking of organising another for end of November or mid December, depending on what seats we can get?
