Well that was a great couple of days spent in the company of good friends and watching Lee do what he does best
Although the set list was the same at both concerts they were different from each other for different reasons. I hadn't seen Lee in concert since before Christmas so was very much looking forward to seeing him again. The brass section that played at the Coliseum are now a permanent fixture and Seven Nation Army has joined the setlist
Each time I see him there are certain numbers that I think he has performed better than I have ever seen..............then he comes on & betters himself again
It is clear that he's not doing the 'day job' now as he's so full of life and I've never heard him sound so good vocally. He's having so much fun out there, I'm sure he doesn't want it to end!
I have enjoyed hearing Laura Wright, in place of Niamh Perry who's performing in the West End. She was part of a group called All Angels who have had massive success and is due to launch her solo career this summer. However it was her last performance last night in Leicester which is a shame as her voice blended beautifully with Lee's and the re-worked More Than Words done as a duet is lovelee
Highlights of both shows for me where Seven Nation Army & JSC.....................that falsetto really does things to me
No pictures I'm afraid from either concert I'm not brave enough to take pics when the photo gestapo are around

then at the signing at Nottingham we were asked not to take pics. They had put Lee in a really dark part of the concert hall bar and I think the flashes were bothering him. Then last night in Leicester Lee must have literally bounced off stage after the fabulously bouncy Day Dream Believer and bounced right into his car to be driven home

However there are some great pics here captured by the fabulous Ro
