Angel, OMG, I have only just seen these pics tonight. You managed to capture me and my friend Val. Do you mind if I save it so I can send it to her, i'm sure she would love it! I'm sorry we didn't get to speak.

Me and my friend had a great time too! Such a wonderful event, it's such a shame that there won't be any recording of it (except Radio 2)

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has spent ages doing reviews and sorting pictures and videos for the different sites. Its almost been impossible to keep up. Im so pleased everyone had an amazing time. I was so disapointed not to be there, hindsight is a wonderful thing!!! that it means a lot to have so many ways to feel as if you are right there. Roll on 10th oct :grin:

My daughter and I were there on Sunday, but as we couldn't get there until 5 pm we had to make do with a picnic blanket way back from the stage. So a huge thank you to everyone who has posted pics (especially Snoo - awesome as always :smile:

) as we can now see what we were missing.

Even so far away we had a fab time though. What we found really interesting and quite thrilling in a way was that even before the start we could hear people all around us talking about Lee and discussing when he would be on etc. Considering there were some pretty big stars there and some brilliant performances, we're sure he was getting the loudest and longest applause. Deservedly so, as he was just amazing every time he sang and seemed to be oozing confidence (we could feel it even from back there - all those smiles !) It was a lovely moment when he came on to do CED and we saw everyone start to stand for him. It made me realise that he is very much appreciated by a much wider audience than us hardcore lovelees / loppies etc, and that he has a huge career ahead of him. It sounds mad, but we felt really proud of him :smile:

Ange - fab vids!! and yeah i just adore that he keeps smiling!!
i'd really like to see Steve - and Ramin again - if that's at all possible?

Amarra - how nice that you got that view point. I've got the warm fuzzies now that he's so appreciated. I felt like he really stood out as just a very special star - you know. I had that moment of realising how big he's going to be.

Ang, I would love Ramin, never heard him before but what a wonderful voice he has, can't wait to see Phantom now.

Ange - they're stunning, that word's getting a good workout tonight!

How would you feel about me adding the downloads to the Timeline - as I said to Snoo about her pics earlier, these are the best vids I've seen of the event so far, bar none, and would be a fabulous addition.
