OK - all you lucky ladies who were able to go to the concert last night, once you have picked yourself up off the floor this morning, can you PLEASE come in here and post some reviews. From what I have read so far, he was amazing - rocked the house - and was wearin sprayed on black jeans with a skin tight grey top with scarf!! Yum!!

Some pics & audio downloads up on the timeline HERE

... also some vids on LMAS HERE

... and just added, some official pics on Getty HERE

LOL

Oh my God, Lee was totally amazing last night. He rocked the Royal Albert Hall. He opened the second act with 20th Century Boy. He sang really well, really being the rock God, with a bit of a swagger and some coooool moves! He then sang I Love To Boogie :thud: :thud: he got into the dancing and gave it everything!!! He got an amazing reception, not just from LoveLees and Loppies, but also the people that were around me. Very dedicated rock fans and they were tapping and nodding to the beat and gave him a rapturous round of applause.

He looked fantastic. His top was closely fitted and practically see through.. he was wearing black might-as-well-have-been-sprayed-on trousers with button flies and a lovely grey scarf to top of the outfit. :help:

He just loved it up there, that was evident. Dancing around the stage with ease, backed up by some fantastic musicians. It was surreal.

OK - having studied his outfit in some detail *ahem* I am wondering about the scarf. It seems an odd addition and not really Lee's usual style, so was just wondeing if he hadn't realised quite how figure-hugging and, erm, revealing the top was and decided to bung on a scarf at the last minute to cover up any accidental nipplage!!

What do you reckon??

LOL

Haven't posted on here in absolutely ages and how shallow am I that Claire's musings have prompted me to unlurk at last?!!

I agree entirely though. My friend and I both thought it immediately. That was a seriously tight and, I must say, very flattering top. Without the scarf, I think there may have been a few ladies fainting in the audience (me included). On the other hand it was also a bit Marc Bolan-ish so was very in-keepng. We also think he may have been spending time at the gym, as he was looking seriously toned. We were lucky enough to both have the day off work yesterday and spent most of it in our pyjamas on her sofa discussing the finer points of Lee's performance etc, so we have analysed this in much detail :-)

It was such an amazing night. There were so many legendary musicians there and it was just brilliant see Lee sharing the stage with the likes of Bill Wyman and the Faces and holding his own. It can only have done his career some good to have this on his cv. It was great also that he got to sing in front of thousands of people who would not normally get to see him perform. To my friend and I the audience seemed to largely consist of older 'serious' rock fans and they were pretty appreciative of his performance. I'd love to see him appear with Bill Wyman and his Rhythm Kings. (Felt strangely proud to see Bill Wyman patting him on the back and obviously congratulating him before the finale). On Sunday night he proved he's got a good bit of 'rock god' in him! Plus he might wear tight tops again .... oh dear shallowness back, I'll go and lurk again. :-)

Don't lurk Amarra!! I'm glad you got to go. It was such an amazing night.

I didn't think the scarf was to cover nipple-age :hysterical: but keeping in with the Marc Bolan look. He totally was a rock God and won over some of the rock fans in the audience with his stunning performances :thud: :thud:

Have to say he was awesome, The moves the outfit note the shiny buttons which were mesmerising.
Even OH remarked on them.
He was certainly rock god Lee on Sunday night.
I think the outfit was Lee's version of a MB outfit. Tight tight tight no feather boa but the casually drapped scarf instead

I managed to get quite near the front at the end, but all the jigging bodies around me made photo-taking difficult.
Here are my offerings.
